Accepted Methods of Payment - We accept Paypal, Visa, and Mastercard.
Shipping Time - The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year (very busy around Christmas time for example). You should anticipate a 7-10 day delivery time for standard ground shipment.
Shipping Methods - Merchandise will be shipped using ground service when possible.
Damaged Shipments - Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturer's Defects - Unfortunately, at times, our customers may receive a product with an obvious manufacturing defect. We regret the inconvenience and will do our best to make the experience as painless and hassle-free as possible.
- If a product appears to have a manufacturing defect, please e-mail our Customer Service department at customerservice@castironhome.com with Manufacturer's Defect in the subject line for return instructions.
- You will receive a Return Authorization Number and the return package must have the Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
Returning Unused Merchandise
- We definitely want you to be satisfied with your new cast iron cookware or other cast iron products, but unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of used merchandise.
- We are glad to give you 15 days from the date of receipt to request a refund for your unused merchandise.
- Authorization for returning merchandise must be secured from our return department prior to returning the merchandise.
- Please e-mail your refund request to returns@castironhome.com with RETURN entered in the subject line.
- You will receive a Return Authorization Number and the return package must have the Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.

If you received a different product than the one you ordered, please include the following information with the returned product:
- All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.)
- Original packaging
- Original invoice or receipt
Once a return is authorized by our return department, you should:
- Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
- Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.
- Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured because we cannot be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We can refund shipping costs only when the merchandise is being returned as a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part.
We cannot assume responsibility for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products.
Because products may be shipped from various warehouses and/or manufacturers, errors in shipping may take a few days to resolve. We will work with you to ensure you receive the merchandise you ordered.
The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchased from CastIronHome.com.
